When asked why Andy and Emily Salsky chose Dobson Ranch to be their new home, their response said it all.
“It feels so safe here. You can tell there is more pride in ownership. Not just because of the HOA, but because people in this neighborhood WANT to be in this neighborhood. They care for their homes, their lawns, they ride bikes with their kids. It’s not a hodgepodge like other neighborhoods – it’s a true family-based community.”
Dobson Ranch has seen explosive growth over the past few years due to exactly this. Younger families are drawn to the senses of security and pride-of-ownership that define these streets. We were invited into the Salsky’s gorgeous home to discuss what makes Dobson Ranch unique and what makes its residents fall in love. We were enamored with their adorable decor and and their three (extremely well-behaved) children. From proximity to church and various eateries to low crime rates and safety, the Salsky’s had a lot to say. Let’s take a dive.
